Regi Research & Strategy published today the list of agencies that have been nominated and have a chance to win in the Agency of the Year 2023. We are proud to announce that Social Zense is on the list as a nominee for Agency of the Year 2023.
The nominations are based on Regi’s annual industry and customer study, which has been conducted for the 23rd year in a row. The study maps the level of satisfaction of communication buyers with their agencies. Nearly 2,000 communication buyers have evaluated their agency relationships and 250 agencies have been evaluated in Sweden. To be nominated, the agency must have a sufficient customer base and a high customer satisfaction based on 15 different criteria.
The evaluation is done by the agencies’ largest customers and the ranking covers 15 criteria, from creativity and strategic competence to digital capability, proactivity, engagement – and not least customer satisfaction. The winners of the Agency of the Year will be presented at an event on February 8th at Cirkus in Stockholm.
